It was quite interesting in my opinion to learn something more about the cultural heritage and the habits of the cambodian students and their families. They seemed to be quite different then ours. I liked the pictures they put online of their religious places and the nature.
For me the communication did not go all that well. This was partly due to the fact that i was in the middle of moving the last few weeks (I had to pack in all my stuff and totally rebuild my new flat) We had to put in a new kitchen, new tile floors, new carpets and paint all the walls.
Anyways what i was trying to say is, that even though some Cambodians wrote a short comment, it was quite obvious that those weree standardized and most did not have the time to go into more detail. Also none of the Camodians i tried to contact answered me.
This is a pitty since i would really like to find out more about the Cambodian people and their cultural heritage. I still would like to find out more about their daily lifes, their belief and social structures. For me it is quite hatrd to imagine what their life might look like and i enjoy getting to know cultures far away, cultures that differ greatly in some aspects or maybe are not that different than i expected.
It is quite hard to say what my favourite media is. But i would say its the Internet and my PC. I can watch TV-Shows and play games online. I especially like Shows from HBO, Showtime and FX. Shows Like The Sopranos, The Shield etc.
I Also enjoy alot of comedys, like Family Guy
My favourite PC games are Warcraft III i prefer a mod called Dota and Gothic I+II and III.

Gothic and Dota are 2 totally different types of games, in Gothic one only has to rely on ones own skill to win the game. You are not dependent on other players, the better you are the easier it is to win the game.
At Dota personal skill is still important of course, but it is much more important to be a teamplayer and do whats best for the team, personal scre does not mean a thing.
Since i am highly competitive (about things i love), i put alot of emotions into playing games. Especially Dota. For me failure or defeat is nevr an option.
As for music this is one of my favourite songs at the moment.
Its called Solitüde. Which means solitude in english.
Why it has that name i do not know. In the summer it is always crowded.
Its not that great but i like to just lie in the sun and go swimming in the cold water. Also this is not the best part of the beach. But the best places to lie down were already taken.
This is me yesterday. I did nothing but relax all day long since i did not get out of my room the last 3 days. I had to write an essay on child trafficking in southeast asia.
But during the Summer time i mostly just like to hang out at the harbour or beach with some friends. there we do our homework, relax and/or have a beer.
Sports
I go swimming two or three times a week. besides that i like to train with weights or do sports wih some friends. Like Basketball.
